HOW TO PREPARE THE NUTELLA ROLL :
- To prepare the Nutella roll, break the eggs into a bowl.
- Add the vanilla extract,and start whipping them with electric whips.
- When they are frothy, add the granulated sugar several times, it is important to make them frothy.
- Continue to beat until the eggs are clear and well whipped.
- Turn off the whisk and sift the flour directly into the eggs.
- At this point, mix very gently with a spatula, making circular movements from the bottom upwards.
- until the flour is completely absorbed and you have obtained a puffy and foamy mixture, free of lumps.
- Grease and line a 30x40 cm dripping pan with parchment paper, making sure that the paper comes out from the edges, in this way it will be easier to lift the roll once cooked.
- Pour the mixture into the dripping pan, and with a spatula gently level it so that it covers the entire surface.
- Bake in a preheated static oven at 220 ° for about 8-9 minutes. Before removing the pan from the oven, make sure that the biscuit dough is actually cooked.
- Once cooked, immediately remove the biscuit dough from the dripping pan and turn it upside down on another sheet of parchment paper.
- Let it cool before removing the parchment paper sheet very gently.
- Then cover again with the parchment paper and let it cool completely.
- At this point ,pour Nutella over the cookie dough and spread it with a spoon over the entire surface, leaving an edge of 2 cm free on all sides.
